Part of our responsibility as a youth movement is to stay at the forefront and provide educational tools to support not only people living in Israel but all our chaverim and chaverot who want to explain a little more about what is happening in Israel today in their countries, as well as providing tools for our Tnuot of the Hanoar Hatzioni Family to pass on and support emotionally during these difficult times.

The importance of mental health becomes especially evident in times of crisis and emergency. In the midst of uncertainty, stress and adversity, people’s emotional well-being plays a critical role. Mental health is not only an essential pillar of individual resilience, but also contributes to the collective strength of our community and our ability to cope with and recover from crisis.
Sometimes we are not in control of how we feel, but we are in control of what we do with those feelings. Despite the adversity and pain we experience, we must remember that resilience is part of our story. We are human beings, and we are also a resilient and united community, and in that union lies our strength. Within us, we carry the tools we need to get through this situation.
This material aims to provide you with information on self-care, anxiety, stress, warning signs, as well as strategies and techniques to take care of your mental health and cope with these times of crisis. We will also reinforce and complement the knowledge you already have.
